Andres is a Venezuelan immigrant who started Vive Nutrition in 2015 in a CrossFit Gym. It wasn't until 2018 when he decided to hire a business mentor to help him grow a company that never made more than $1000/month. In 2019, he left his full time job to bet on his business. Jenna started her private practice as one-off nutrition meal plans in 2016, "just helping people that asked," while working a full time job working 60+ hours per week, holidays and weekends included. She eventually quit her full time job to go all in on her business but was still not sure how to make consistent income so she started working the desk at a gym to meet people and get more clients. In 2018 she hired her first business coach who took her from one and done meal plan creations to consistent income. Today, Jenna has a team of 3 dietitians and a product suite that offers everything from self paced courses to 1:1 coaching. Jenna is currently working part time so that she is able to be home with her son!
Nutrition for Performance by Tony
Tony finished working over 80 hours a week in pro sports with no time off to spend time with family or travel. He knew he wanted more out of his life than working crazy hours and missing the holidays. It wasn’t until 2018 that he knew he needed to go on his own. He left his full time job with great benefits to start a private practice. Today Tony has a team of 4, multiple brand partnerships and was able to live and work for 3 months in Spain. All without feeling burnt out and exhausted.
Tips with Toni by Toni
Toni started her blog, Tips With Toni in college due to her frustration of nutrition misinformation in the media and passion for setting the story straight. When she became a RD in 2013, she noticed a need beyond education. Struggling to know how to start a business, she started coaching people via phone calls for free, while still working in clinical. She was invited to be a co-host on a health and fitness podcast in 2017 and a year later launched her own. Since then she filed her LLC and went from coaching people for a small fee to offering 4-figure paid in full programs. She eventually went full time in her business in 2019, landed a TEDx talk in 2020, launched a #1best selling book in 2021, and now has a team of Registered Dietitians helping to spread her mission of healthy and happy living!
